Ron Milburn, the driving force behind Harvest & Tide, brings decades of culinary expertise to our kitchen. His passion for fresh, seasonally inspired cuisine and his commitment to local ingredients have shaped his career. With a focus on refining his craft, Ron has built a reputation for creating flavorful, refined dishes that honor the land and waters around him.

At Harvest & Tide, Ron is dedicated to elevating the rich culinary traditions of Chesapeake through a menu that celebrates local flavors in every bite. Drawing inspiration from Bohemia Manor Farm, he combines the best of land and sea, all while providing exceptional wine pairings and unforgettable dining experiences.

With over 35 years of culinary experience, Chef Ron Milburn brings passion, creativity, and precision to every dish. A DiRōNA award winner, Chef Ron is celebrated for his innovative approach to classic cuisine — blending seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with bold, global flavors that tell a story on every plate.

Honored with 4 stars by The Baltimore Sun and named Best Chef of Harford County for nine consecutive years, Chef Ron has earned a reputation for excellence in high-paced kitchens and intimate dining rooms alike. His leadership is defined by heart and hospitality — believing that food is a universal language that connects people and cultures.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Ron can be found enjoying time with family, exploring new cuisines, or out on the water. As the Executive Chef of Harvest & Tide at Bohemia Manor Farm & Winery, he continues to inspire guests with dishes that are as soulful as they are unforgettable.
