Meet the wine maker

Gabriel Santiago Rubilar is an Argentinian Master Winemaker specializing in premium boutique wineries. He has more than 16 years of experience crafting unique wines from Argentina Mendoza Uco valley ( Trivento, Niesto Senetiner, Estancia Mendoza) to California ( Lynmar Estate ) and the east coast of the USA. With over 85 of his wines awarded nationally and internationally, Gabriel set his focus on connecting the terroir of each vineyard with the customer.

“I am passionate about the diversity and the honesty a wine can share with every sip, the story behind each bottle, where most of the time, the ” old” is more appreciated, but the ” new ” can always surprise.
